Our Goal is to raise $10,000 or more in pledges and registrations for kayaking 3 miles across Big Mac.
Come out, put your paddle in the water, and help support Rotary projects here and around the world.
There will be recognition for the person with the largest amount of pledges/money raised!

CHECK IN/REGISTRATION: 8:00am - 10:00am
DEPARTURE IS SCHEDULED FOR 10:00AM.
Launch will be from “Spill Way Bay” at the Kingsley Boat Ramps with calm wind or a breeze out of the South, Martin Bay if there is a breeze out of the North & Lake Ogallala below the dam if it’s too windy for the Big Lake.
The forecast is calling for a sunny 69 degrees - a beautiful day!
ALL ENTRIES WILL RECEIVE 1 “3rd ANNUAL KAYAK BIG MAC” T-SHIRT PER PERSON PER BOAT WITH $30.00 IN PLEDGES EACH. YOU MUST PRE-REGISTER AND COMMIT TO AT LEAST $30.00 PER PERSON TO RECEIVE T-SHIRTS DURING THE EVENT.

Thanks to the Lake McConaughy Dive Rescue Team for providing Safety Patrol & Rescue during the event.
Kayak, Canoe, Paddle Board or anything you have powered by humans.
If you don’t have one, we have Kayaks available from Scott Eveland of the Nebraska Game & Parks for your use.
I know that participating in any event can be a potentially hazardous activity. I should not enter any event unless I am medically able and properly trained. I agree to abide by any decision of event officials relative to my ability to safely participate. I assume all risks associated with kayaking, canoeing, paddle boarding or rowing of any personally powered boat during the event. I will wear an approved lifejacket during my time in the water. I will be liable for my own safety and the safety of other participants within my control. Having read this waiver and knowing the facts and in consideration of your accepting my entry, I for myself and anyone entitled to act on my behalf, waive and release the Rotary Club of Ogallala, Nebraska Game and Parks, all sponsors, their representatives and successors from claims or liabilities of any kind arising out of my participation in this event though that liability may arise out of negligence or carelessness on the part of the persons named in this waiver.
